Bhagavad Gita on Management

This course will explore the leadership and management lessons that can be gleaned from the Bhagavad Gita, a foundational text of Hinduism. Through an examination of key passages and themes, students will learn how to apply the wisdom of the Gita to contemporary management and leadership contexts. Topics covered will include strategic planning, decision-making, conflict resolution, ethical leadership, motivation and the development of personal and organizational vision. Lets see and discover in ourselves on what we need to do and how we need to do. On the managerial level it would be left to us to decode on how we should be doing the right things right at the right time and right place.
